Let’s shape the future of digital media—together.
The Digital Media Licensing Association is pleased to be working in cooperation with the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) to fight misinformation and to promote transparency in provenance and attribution. We support the CAI’s effort to bring together a community of media and tech companies to promote the adoption of an open industry standard for content authenticity and provenance.
The Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) is a coalition including media and technology companies, non-profits, creative professionals, academics and others working to promote adoption of the open industry standard for content authenticity and provenance to increase trust and transparency online. Membership is free and open to all. Our mission is to bolster trust in digital content (images, video, audio, other digital file formats) and to combat mis- and disinformation through Content Credentials: robust, tamper-evident details about how a piece of content was produced and edited. Sign up for the CAI newsletter and get the latest community news on LinkedIn.
